Samuel Finance was proud to partner with experienced Adelaide property developer, Sav Ali, to source finance for the Citi Terrace Development which turned dirt late in 2015. The development will include 50 apartments, 2 penthouses and 3 commercial units in an exceptional development, perfectly located with views over Veale Gardens.
